Great Joy Counseling and Consulting services will now require that a credit card is saved in our secure portal to process copays, late cancellation/no show fees and balances owed due to insurance claims payments (deductibles, coinsurance, etc.).
As our clients, you will receive an email with a link to access our secure portal. The link will guide you through all our practice documents and forms that need to be completed and/or signed.
Please note that we do not accept Medicaid or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) at this time. Sliding scale sessions start at $140 per session.
To move forward with your sessions, you will need to have a valid credit card saved to our portal, which will be charge your insurance cost share amount or self-pay rate prior to the beginning of your session. If your card is not able to be processed, your session will need to be rescheduled to a later date.
